An approachable, reliable, professional chartered surveyor who adopts a determined approach to obtaining project solutions. Simon is capable of influencing project culture and defining project strategy. He has extensive experience of overcoming and resolving complex commercial challenges and is completely programme focused in achieving timely delivery of client outcomes. Simon undertakes the role of commercial lead on a number of frameworks held by Moreton & Partners.

Simon also champions our staff learning and development, leading our CPD programme and supporting our team through their RICS journey.

Through the winter months Simon enjoys playing and coaching hockey, whilst the long summer evenings are spent on the tennis courts.
